Industrial Materials Handling (IMHA) was founded in 2015 by a group of specialist Engineers. We pride our business on client services and delivery. With a combined experience greater than 30 years in the Heavy Industrial industries, we are committed to the highest measured efficiency.
We favour long term relationships with clients based on business ethics and integrity. IMHA has taken a professional and efficient business approach to the modern markets and has thus enabled IMHA to execute with shorter lead times to the market.

Quality Control
The management of Industrial Materials Handling (Pty) Ltd is committed to the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and will ensure that the contents is implemented maintained and understood, throughout the company. Industrial Materials Handling (Pty) Ltd will ensure that all products and services installed and supplied, are in line with the framework of ISO 9001:2008 standards and be in accordance with the specified requirements of the customers. The Quality Policy is directed to the following objectives:
- * To achieve an overall awareness of quality and to create a climate of continuous improvement of quality within Industrial Materials Handling Pty (Ltd).
- * To ensure that all employees are adequately equipped and well trained to perform their duties in a professional manner.
- * Systems and controls shall be designed to ensure complete understanding of customer requirements and consistently accurate and effective product provision
- * To remain true to our beliefs and values regarding our Customers, Employees and our Suppliers.
- * The satisfaction of customers, both external and internal, shall be the primary focus of the quality management system.
- * Suppliers are integral to the quality process and company staff shall work closely with them to meet customer's needs
- * To continuously work according to international recognized standards, where all objectives as stated in our Quality Manual, are reviewed at least once annually.
